book shipper needed for Australia, Canada, and Asia
In October or November, my new book will be back from the printer and ready to buy directly from my site. I’d ship a big box of small books from U.S. to you. Expect about 2000 orders right away, then an average of 20-100 orders per week from December through January, then an ongoing average of 10 orders per week after that. (This is a very rough guess.)
Most orders will be either for (1) the new book or (2) all five of my books together. So it’s easy to pre-package hundreds of those two options, ready for a mailing label. Each book comes in hardcover, paperback, and autographed hardcover, so all together that’s 15 unique items.
You send me the list of what it costs to mail 1-100 books domestic and international, and I’ll built that into my store. After initial setup costs reimbursed, that ‘postage and handling’ line of the invoice will log the payable amount from me to you.
Every day or so, log in to my site and download a CSV file of what to send where. After it’s shipped, you upload a CSV file there showing what shipped and its tracking numbers.
Ideally, I want to work with a small independent book shop, but not (1) big business (2) someone who’s not already experienced with this.
I’ve asked around hundreds of contacts, but I’m only looking for one person/shop in Australia, one in Canada, and one with reliable shipping in and to Asia, especially India.
