Reno Davis-Yue

Age 50. Moved from Xinjiang China to US at age 12, to Portland Oregon at age 15, staying for many years. Then Rome, Canada, Germany, France, then moved to China for work ~13 years ago.

Lives full-time in hotels, and has for ~13 years! He used to work in the hotel industry so knows how to get better rates, and finds it worth the price. All of his stuff fits into 5 suitcases, and he moves to a new hotel every 1-3 months.

He took me out to a private room at a great restaurant and we talked Portland, branding, dyslexia, podcasts, fitness, relationships, minimalism, and how I turned down the offer to buy my dream house because I was already happy.

His parents just bought an apartment in Portland that my grandfather built in the 1970s.
