Came to Nanjing China in 2019 teaching English with 150 other international teachers, so had a great network and stayed there for two years, then moved to Shanghai. During Covid, domestic travel was allowed, so he saw lots of different parts of China.
Moved to an amazing spiritual island in Thailand where half is party central and half is meditative. Stayed 9 months. Now just moved to Shenzhen for teaching again. Here in Shenzhen everything is so new, expat communities are not well-established, so harder to find.
