Dominik Wiesent

Grew up in the Black Forest, southwest Germany. Parents saw he was interested in drugs so decided to join him instead of fight it. Moved to Switzerland but felt stagnant, so came to visit Hong Kong and instantly met his future wife, but they weren't ready yet so they kept in touch for many years until he finally returned here to be with her, staying with her family. Lai Chi Wo is a special Hakka farm to table place. The nature and culture balance here is great.
