Met 2025-04-25 15:00 at JW Marriott Hong Kong, Hong Kong.Really into education I think grew up here then went to boarding school at the age of 15 in Massachusetts and Connecticut then came back here to do a start up with no experience so it didn’t go well so he went to a Boot Camp in New York City for programming, and that led him to get a job in Singapore where he lived for one year then came back to Hong Kong for good. Now has a daughter and thinks a lot about education. 2020 turning point for him, building in public was a successs, but now he wants to make a software product that helps people more directly: perhaps helping verify kids homework is correct. Worked with Ali Abdaal to make his course. It’s very common to send your kid to boarding school if you grow up in Hong Kong maybe because it’s quite wealthy here.
