Grew up in Delhi. Did “all the typical Indian stuff”: a degree in engineering, and an MBA. Then JP Morgan investment banking. Went to a forest in Madhya Pradesh to meditate 8 hours a day for three months. We talked a lot about meditation. He’s written a daily blog for 800+ days now.
