Is this a duck or bunny?
No. This is a duck and bunny.
This is an orchestra.
You are the composer and conductor.

Exactly. :-)
As Mr. T would say, I pity the Bunny that has no mouth. So the book obviously has conflicting advice. At the same time it seems
they all make sense in their own way.
So striking a balance between them must be the real key to life. But balancing between them would negate many of them! So in conclusion; there is no conclusion!
I really enjoyed the summary audio. And I think I may want to make a habit of listening to that periodically. It should help me live a more productive and enjoyable life. Thank you so much for sharing all these thoughts. It is a rare gift and much appreciated.
I plan to send you an electronic gift When it's ready, hopefully soon, to show my appreciation.
There is greatness that is not planned, This greatness just happens, its called

"How to Live" reminds me of the Mulla Nasrudin corpus, which are teaching tales featuring the character of the wise fool Nasrudin, collected by the sufi Idries Shah.(Free downloads of all of Shah's books are at the website of The Idries Shah Foundation.)
Like the chapters of How to Live (in my view), teaching tales have both entertainment value and provide the reader an opportunity to observe their reactions and to notice meanings that may not be obvious at first glance.
Kudos, Derek!
Thanks Derek, really enjoyed “how to live“
Made me laugh a few times but mainly really good advice
In the end it’s all about the balance which was an appropriate final Chapter
. I feel like since you were kind enough to send me the audiobook I should send you something so here’s a couple of hundred songs.
