Bruno Cánepa
Bruno grew up right here in central Montevideo, so he walked me around the neighborhood teaching me a lot.
(Also took me to the pharmacy to help translate and get a paraside medicine I badly needed.)
We talked a lot about music, funk music in particular, and traded links of music to check out afterwards.
Taught me a lot about Uruguayan culture and history, differences between Uruguay and its neighbors, and our shared experience of programming.
